PLANT WISDOM. Thanks to Kathryn who shared a ritual she practices. However many years she’s turning on her birthday, she uses that amount of days leading up to the day to do something intentional. I learned about this during Tender Heart’s creativity workshop in March and have been simmering ideas of how to incorporate this into my own life.
