Tender Hearts

My friend and I have joined up to create Tender Hearts. Eventually, we’ll have a space in Denver to do our energy healing work. For now, we’re hosting pop-up events. Our first one is at Hope Tank next month. One of the things I’m excited about is normalizing conversations about what might seem “freaky,” “strange,” and “out there.” Since starting this work, I can’t tell you how many people have shared their ghost/dead loved ones/spiritual stories with me. These things are normal even though most people are too scared to say them out loud.

Guess what. The sooner we have a better understanding of energy/soul/interconnectedness, the sooner we can welcome in the next phase of humanity (goodbye toxic hierarchical systems!). There are infinite ways to enter this exploration. For some, it’s meditation. For others, it’s subatomic particle physics (ha!). For me it was both of those things. 

The soul speaks to the body and the body speaks to the mind. Our task is to listen. What happens if we let our hearts lead and ask our minds to step back as a tool in service of our purpose instead of being a barrier? This is the work of Tender Hearts. To support each soul in remembering why it chose to come to Earth School.
